Timing Regulations

• Running Clock: The game clock will run continuously throughout the match except for:

  • Last 2 Minutes of the Game: The clock will stop for fouls, timeouts, and out-of-bounds situations.

  • Referee Timeouts: The clock will stop at the referees' discretion for any necessary timeouts.

Timeouts

• Teams are allowed 1 timeout per half.

• An additional 1 timeout is granted in the event of overtime.

• Each timeout will last 1 minute.

Breaks Between Quarters

• A 1-minute break between each quarter will allow teams to regroup.

Halftime Intermission

• A 3-minute halftime break will be provided between the second and third quarters.

Foul Limit

• Each player is permitted a maximum of 4 personal fouls. Upon receiving a fourth foul, the player will be disqualified from the game.

Membership Requirements

• All coaches and players must hold a valid membership with England Basketball and Lincoln Basketball to be eligible to compete in the league. This ensures all participants adhere to the standards and regulations set.

Game Schedule

• First Game: Starting at 6:45 PM

• Second Game: Starting at 7:45 PM
  Please arrive in advance to ensure a prompt start to each game.

Coaches Responsibilities

• Each coach must submit the Player Registration Form to the table officials. This must be completed and submitted 15 minutes before the scheduled game time. This allows adequate time for processing and ensures that all players are officially recognised for participation.

Additional Notes

• Please ensure that all players wear their team uniforms appropriately and have the necessary gear for safety and performance.

• Teams are encouraged to arrive at least 30 minutes before their game time for warm-ups and preparation.

• Respect for officials, opponents, and fellow teammates is paramount. Sportsmanship should be practised at all times.
