Our junior sessions aren't just about learning the fundamentals; they're about pushing players to their limits and helping them develop every aspect of their game. From mastering offensive skills like passing, dribbling, and shooting, to honing defensive techniques such as reading opponents and working as a team, our sessions are designed to challenge and inspire. But we don’t stop there—our coaches emphasize the importance of leadership, teamwork, and sportsmanship, teaching young players skills that will serve them both on the court and in life.

What sets LincolnBasketball apart is the quality and experience of our coaching staff. Our coaches are not only industry-certified, but they also bring a wealth of experience from local leagues, universities, and even National League levels. With backgrounds in both European and North American basketball, and extensive experience working with young people from diverse backgrounds, our coaches are uniquely equipped to guide and mentor the next generation of Lincolnshire’s basketball stars.

Since we started, we've seen tremendous progress in our junior players. Between October 2021 and August 2022, a small group of local players came together under our program, quickly evolving into a close-knit team that competed—and won—against established clubs. Their success is a testament to the impact of our coaching, with one player even earning a full academic scholarship to an elite UK academy.

As we look to the future, we're expanding our junior offerings, with new sessions tailored for 13 to 18-year-olds at Deans Sport & Leisure. These sessions are more than just practice—they're a stepping stone for young athletes to reach their full potential, whether that’s in our local league or beyond. We invite all interested players, whether rookies or rising stars, to join us and experience the difference that expert coaching can make.
