Traditional Rules, True Competition
The Lincolnshire League brings the authentic basketball experience to the forefront, focusing on traditional, stop-clock games. This new league allows teams across Lincolnshire to compete in a classic home-and-away format, allowing for intense matchups where every second counts. Whether defending your home court or travelling to take on rivals, each game will be a test of skill, strategy, and teamwork.
Home and Away: Building Community Connections
The home-and-away structure strengthens teams' and communities' bonds. Surrounded by your supporters, playing on your court adds excitement and pride to every game. For those teams who may not have access to a suitable home venue, LincolnBasketball is here to assist. We’ll help facilitate games at central locations that meet our high standards, ensuring that every match with quality hoops and equipment is played on regulation courts.
Ensuring Quality and Fair Play
To maintain the league's integrity, all games will be officiated by qualified referees, ensuring the competition is fair and consistent. We are committed to providing a professional and well-regulated environment where players can focus on what they do best—playing great basketball.
Our Thursday CVL Continues
It’s important to note that while The Lincolnshire League introduces a new dimension to our basketball activities, it’s not a replacement for our Thursday night CVL. The CVL remains unchanged, offering a reliable and competitive platform for players of all levels. The introduction of The Lincolnshire League is about expanding opportunities and creating even more ways for players to engage with the sport across the county.
